…IS TO RALLY the friends of Israel and Greece who believe in the economic and strategic power

gained through an alliance between the two countries, and stir to action and participation the

advocates of this alliance throughout the world.


 

Our Goals and You

We will fulfill our mission through a number of goals that demonstrate to people everywhere – especially Greeks, Israelis and their respective Diasporas – the importance and benefits of this history-making alliance between Greece (Hellas) and Israel. We will inspire people to overcome the hesitations of the past, and to act according to their national interests; to recognize that this alliance is an extraordinary national and personal opportunity.

The benefits whose development we pursue:

·      Business -- Organize meetings and roundtables, and facilitate networking around the strengths and needs of each group.                                                 
·      Investments* -- Identify common interests (ex. hi tech) and facilitate contacts.

.      Tourism -- Israelis already visit Greece in large numbers. Showcase Israel's potential to Greek tourists; winter, holidays.

·      Cultural/Educational Exchanges -- Student exchanges. Performances by unusual groups.

·      Strategic Perspectives & Peace -- Create understanding of balance of power & how it affects peace.

.      High Tech Know-How -- Actively facilitate pursuing the development of specific hi tech products, and the

         knowledge how to transfer technology research into products that enter the market place.  

*including cooperation in the marketing of gas drilled in the Mediterranean Sea.

Why We Deserve Your Support

Our programs aim to develop understanding that eliminates bigotry. Such activities as stated here enable the growth of the two countries at a particularly critical time when Europe and the Middle East are shaken by economic crises that also threaten peace in the region. We are an agent of truth that helps people discern and focus.
